Company was initally very professional and prompt to provide quote. Prices were a little higher than other quotes but reasonable. I had asked for a quote for a smaller scope and was given a price. I then asked if my patio and sidewalk could be added to the new quote for a discounted rate and was told no, which was fine. When I called to schedule, I was told the price was going to be an additional $50 dollars from the quoted rate because I wasn't including all the areas and I could "take it or leave it because he (Mr Orr) no longer wanted to do my project anyway because I begged for a discount" so he would no longer honor the rate he emailed me for the house only. It was a disappointing phone call considering he previously told me they pride themselves on 100% customer satisfaction. I hope that Mr Orr was simply having a bad day and does not treat all his customers this way simply because they have a small project. Prior to my phone call with him I was willing to pay the higher rate vs his competitors because I believed in his company. Now I am not so sure about his customer service guarantee if you are not a corporate customer.

We hired Kingwood Pressure washing to clean our driveway, entryway, and our back patio and they made it look like it was new again! If I ever need anything pressure washed these are my go-to guys. Showed up when they said they would!

Everything came out great! They even cleaned my patio furniture up to look new again! The stains that were on the driveway would not come up with my pressure washer but they got them up with ease! Also had the area around the pool cleaned! Customer Service was awesome! Would definitely use again!

Kingwood Pressure Washing was very timely providing the estimate and also providing services. the technician arrived at the agreed upon date and time. all work was done as specified with superb results.

They are very punctual, but they did a terrible job! The person who came to our house this morning only put water with some chemicals on our windows, he got the whole area wet including chairs and cushions in the patio! So now we have chemicals on our furniture! It´s not difficult to put water on the windows, we could have done that ourselves, but we have screens on our windows so we asked the guy to put them out to clean the windows of course, that was the only reason we called that company. My husband had discussed the screens with the owner before we hired them, he said it was fine. But the guy on location said «I don´t know how to do it" so we called the company again to say that we would not pay if he would not clean our windows, because they were still dirty and the guy was ready to leave! The owner answered us very angry that their machine was very powerful and threatened to take us to court!

We met on Tuesday, 1/26 so Scott could take a look and he said he'd have someone come out on Friday to take care of it. I asked Scott to take a look around the house to see if he felt the brick needed to be pressure washed. He could have easily sold that to me, but he looked and basically said it looked great and not to waste my money. He comes highly recommended in my area, so I felt comfortable arranging the service. They took care of it while I was at work and when I got home I felt like I was looking at a new driveway, walkway, and gutters. It looked amazing. I really can't say enough great things about the service I received. As a woman, sometimes I'm apprehensive about having conversations with any contractor, but Scott was great and down to earth and truly treated me respectfully and was patient while explaining the process to me. . I will not use anyone else for this service as long as I'm living in this area.

Our concrete surfaces have never looked better and we plan on hiring Kingwood Pressure Washing every time we need pressure washing. The only complaints I have are that there was some overspray on some planters that could have easily been rinsed by the staff. We also had a reflector on our brick mailbox which was knocked off during the cleaning. I understand the reflector could easily come off, I just would have liked it if Mike had handed the reflector to me, explained what happened and not left the reflector for me to find after he had left. We do plan on hiring Kingwood Pressure Washing each spring as they were able to accomplish what we have tried to do in the past with our own smaller power washer.

They were very prompt and thorough in cleaning everything. One missed spot was immediately taken care of and they even spot repainted the small areas on the flashing of the roof where the paint chipped off. They spent all day cleaning and worked very hard to get everything looking great. Pricing was exactly what was noted in the estimate.

I called for an estimate and he came that day and provided the written estimate within an hour by email. The estimate was broken down so I could choose which services I wanted. I arranged for service the next day. The crew was prompt, thorough and completed the work as scheduled. They also informed of marking of nesting bats which I would have not otherwise none about. They did an excellent job. My house looks like a new house. The owner also offered some suggestions on how to handle my sidewalks and driveways until I could have that work done also. Very friendly and professional.

He arrived on time to give me a free estimate and to do the work. I have had the areas pressure washed several times by other companies. Kingwood Pressure washing did the best job. I will definitely call them again.

They exceeded my expectations! My roof looks new and the driveway and patio sparkle. They even cleaned the A/C pad and some other extras that were not in the original scope of work for no charge. They were punctual, professional and the price was very reasonable. KWPW will be handling all of my cleaning needs in the future. I highly recommend them.

I called him and he came out to do an estimate. We scheduled the work and he came on time with his crew. They stayed all day to ensure the job was done perfectly. We were very impressed with the standard of work and would definitely hire them again!

I have used Kingwood Pressure Washing in the past. They had pressure washed my back concrete patio and made it look like new. They again did a great job on the front areas of my home. I found their pricing to be very reasonable.

While cleaning my roof, Mr. Orr was very busy and had cleaned my gutters! His helper working the power washing did an excellent job. When they were through, they left my house and property spic and span. I requested cards from Mr. Orr to pass out to my friends.

They arrived on time and spent the day cleaning our house, driveway and patio. As we had a lot of dirt and mold on the driveway and patio they had to use big brushes to really give it a clean. They both look like new! The house, which is a two storey, is difficult to clean at the higher levels. On one side of the house there is always green mold growing after about 2 years. It took two cleanings to get it completely clean at the top. We were very pleased with the fine work that Scott's crew did. They worked on everything throughout the day - never stopping, even when I offered them lunch. We've never had such a great result! Scott came to inspect a couple of times and when they were finished asked me to ensure that I was happy with the results. When I pointed out a small area that might need more attention - no problem - he went at it with a 2nd clean. It was perfect! I absolutely recommend Scott's company for any pressure cleaning needs you might have! We will definitely use him again.
